This is a mentorship with concept artist & instructor JAMES PAICKJames Paick is a creative director and art director at Scribble Pad Studios. The goal of this mentorship program is to help speed up the growth pace by learning and developing effective process pipelines and techniques to escalate your concept design development. James has extensive experience in the video game, illustration, feature film and theme park industries.
This mentorship will focus around developing stronger skill setsHeavy focus on environment design in realistic style. Create a unified design process to conquer all design problemsDevelop quick ideation techniquesIndustry, networking and professionalism talks. No two students' mentorship will be alike, each student to help him/her achieve their individual goals - whether it be to improve their current technical or design skills or to build a portfolio. Each student will receive 1 hrs personalized time with the instructor per week. You can also be a part of hours of critiques and demos with the rest of the group.
Students will be expected to devote time in order to accomplish their goals for this program.
